Massage is a highly effective way to calm and soothe babies which can also help to support and regulate sleep as well as aiding bonding, strength and development.

It will answer any questions and provide a full education surrounding labour, birth rights, options and those first few months of your baby’s life. As well as providing knowledge of hypnobirthing techniques and how to get the best out of them. It is proven that those who use hypnobirthing will have a shorter labour, reduced need of interventions and a more positive birth experience. This course is for all birth types. 

This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive, inclusive and non-judgemental community. We run monthly meet ups. Community support is proven to reduce the risks of postnatal depression and it is great to make like minded friends.

These evening gatherings take place in our beautiful yoga studio, for a group of up to 15 people, seated on the floor, in a circle and with Julia and her harmonium (instrument).

Kirtans were originally written in Sanskrit, the ancient Indian language. The Sanskrit alphabet has a strong energetic and vibrational component - it is said that the words, when chanted, create a powerful vibration in the body, thus affecting a person’s mind and spirit. Chanting can help us feel more optimistic. It can help relieve stress, worries and anxiety, it awakens and cultivates the innate wisdom, happiness and spiritual love laying dormant within you. It is a heart-opening practice.

It is a non-religious practice and everyone is welcome to come along to sing, chant, hum, or simply sit in the vibration and receive this practice.
